SAM OCEN - Lead Consultant

Sam Ocen is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is undertaking credentialing with the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES). He has a wealth of evaluation and continuous quality improvement expertize. He has supported organizations, charities, and businesses to improve processes. Sam also works with the City of Toronto as an evaluator of programs. Sam Is a Public Health Fellow and holds an MSc. Population and Reproductive Health with competencies in problem identification, solution-based data analysis, and critical thinking. Sam also has strong writing and communication skills, articulating findings coherently and persuasively through written reports and presentations.
